Bug Description
In Time and Date setting I deleted the default UTC clock and added 3 more. Vancouver, Honolulu and Hong Kong. I then deleted Vancouver. When I select the time in the indicator to view the clocks it shows the deleted UTC time as being "None" with the time and also still shows Vancouver even though it has been deleted. Pics to be attached. I have updated and rebooted several times. Once it did only show the two remaining correctly but then it reverted back to showing them all again. In my clock "Locations" settings it only shows Honolulu and Hong Kong. If I cycle "Time in other locations" setting on and off all four locations still show.

I can reproduce a similar issue here too: I don't have Rainy River in my list but it's still in the indicator.
