Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
Hello
Trying to adjust the time of the panel i've noted that if I click on the clock to change it's setting the scrolldown appear, time and date settings is clickable but nothing happens.
If from Apps i select Time & Date nothing happens.
If from Apps I select Date and Time the settings window appear but it control badly the clock on the panel, see attached screenshot.
This window report 09:39 PM, but the clock in the panel show 11:39PM, also if i choose to set the time to 24 hours, the clock on the panel still showing the 12 hrs format.
Substantially we have three way to set the clock, two aren't working and one work very bad.
Thanks
Fabio

Thanks for your report.
The date capplet not showing when clicking on "Time & Date Settings..." is bug 788801
The only issue I'm able to reproduce is the clock on panel not displaying AM/PM when it is set in the preferences.
Do you still have this time difference issue between the preference window and the clock on the panel ?
