I think redundancy is often good but not for UI elements, see the attached screenshot.

Thank you for your bug report, what desktop environment and desktop version do you use? Could you describe how to trigger that dialog? It looks like it's trying to use actions on notifications

Ubuntu 17.04, it is triggered by calendar event notifications, propagated from Evolution.
