The problem remains after reboot.

It affects only the date/time menu in the notification area: all my events are forwarded by two hours, but in calendar are recorded with correct time

All other times (clock, greeter, clock in top bar) are correct

@Roascio, it seems to be a slightly different issue.Your saying the events are forwarded +2h but the time in the top panel is correct, while the original issue in this report is that the date in the indicator is incorrect (similar to bug 1567940)
If your issue doesn't exactly match the problem described here can you please file a new bug report? Thanks.

The effect remains after reboot. Strangely on the greeter is the date correct but the time not.

Just for completeness, does the bug persist if you change your system language to something else, e.g. US English?

Yes, the Bug still persistent. What I noticed is that therese chosen Time zone does not match UTC. And that after a restart and also after a reset the City I used yesterday to adjust the mismatching times shows um again.

There is something wrong in the screenshot, it shouldn't show Etc/UTC or Europe/Berlin but the name of the city instead, like "Berlin". Also it is not possible to select UTC as timezone.

could you connect to the device (adb, ssh or terminal all) and paste the output of the following commands:
- system-image-cli -i
- timedatectl

Can you also reboot your device, and if the problem occurs reliably, attach /var/log/syslog and /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/indicator-datetime.log

I also noticed in the screenshot that the SIM is in roaming mode, not sure if it's important.

Thanks.

I can't change the name oft the City, the system won't let me. I rebooted several times anderen also reset it.

ok, I got it now by overwriting the file localtime with Europe/Berlin. Now it works. But even after that I still had Africa/Accra in the system settings but with the UTC +2 (clearly after rebooting the system). But it let me change it to Berlin, which was not possible before.. So I guess somehow the file localtime was in the beginning damaged, otherwise the setting ETC/UTC with UTC +2 could not have been set in the beginning.

I think I was a little bit too enthusiastic, after another reboot I am back to the setting Africa/Accra and UTC +2. But since the time in the top bar now matches the local time I think I can manage. But clearly I can not change the timezone in the system setting. I wonder what happens when I leave my timezone. Maybe you could help me what to check else.
