Occasional time/data indicator crash

Bug Description

While playing with the phone and testing camera and alarm, time/date indicator crashed.
Screen shot attached
There is no crash report in /var/crash/
and there is no log .cache/upstart/indicator-datetime.log
tested on RTM krillin, version about ~240, then update was performed

Confirmed by multiple users.

I'm also occassionally having this on vivid. I've seen other indicators fail like this as well. To restart them run:

$ restart indicator-datetime

I fixed this two weeks ago in bug #1425297 but the MP was rejected for RTM.
