"time & date settings" must link to "Time & Date" settings panel in every language

3. Tap "Réglages de la date the de l'heure" (Time & date settings)

Date & time settings open

I'm waiting on an update to 99 but this works for me in 97 (20131015), FWIW; maybe another of the settings bugs is implicated? E.g. lp:1237414 , if the settings app had been opened to the front page prior to the first step. . . .
