Bug Description
I noticed this morning that the date shown in the time/date indicator was one day before today's date. I checked the system time and it was ok. Also, the calendar box highlighted when the time indicator was clicked on was correct but the date at the top of the calendar was yesterday's date. So far as I have observed, this is the first time this has occurred. Of course, it may have happened before and I simply failed to notice.

I noticed this morning that the date advances to the correct date at 9AM local time (PDT). Perhaps this has something to do with the conversion from UTC to PDT. But, the current offset is -7 hours and the date is changed 9 hours later than it should be. Very puzzling.
