Bug Description

indicator-datetime 12.10.2-0ubuntu3

1. Add multiple other locations to the menu.
2. Check "In the clock, show: Seconds".
3. Open the menu.

What you see: The time for every location shows the seconds.

This is repetitive and rather distracting.

I propose that times in other locations should show just the hours and minutes, regardless of whether you've chosen to show seconds in the menu title.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TimeAndDate#menu-locations>: "Each time should be presented in the same way as it is in the menu title, except that ... seconds should never be included, to reduce redundancy and avoid distraction."

Even though the the priority for this is low, I'm in the process of tinkering with the datetime formatting code now, so this is a timely request.
