Bug Description

Hi everybody.
I don't know why after i poweroff my computer, cpu(A4 4355M) resets it's preferences. I found that my apu has pstate 6 (900Mhz) and boost states disabled (by default?), so i use TurionPowerControl to enable them (and undervolt a bit pstate 6), but if a poweroff my computer everything resets. If i reboot, instead, everything stays as i set it. I also tried to set everything on boot but i don't know how to refresh cpufreq(whitout reboot) so to use new frequencies in indicator-cpufreq.

Cpupower out: http://oi62.tinypic.com/24v1glx.jpg

TurionPowerControl out: http://oi61.tinypic.com/23js6tj.jpg

Any ideas? Thank you all.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1318389/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

The main problem is that one of the cpu's pstate is not recognized or used.

So, it looks like there is a problem somewhere else: cpu low state is used, but not 'seen', as cpufreq-apref claims.
None of virtual devices reports 900MHz avalaible, but it works.
