Accessible descriptions of indicators do not appear translated

It seems that the accesible names of indicators somehow do not show up localized, even if their translation is present in the .mo files. This is obvious in two places:
- When one uses them with the Orca screen reader, everything but the indicators name is localized
- A much more visible place is the HUD, where one can type in actions found in the indicators, see screenshot.
So far I saw the following indicator names being affected:
Device
Users
Sound
Messages
Date

In GNOME3 fallback session for example the power management indicator all menu items are spokening Orca with english, but I think this indicator hungarian translation is 100%.
An another example is the user menu indicator. This indicator the switch user menu item Orca spokening with english.

Attila: that's a different problem, please don't mix it in here. I see it too, but I think that must be some other problem.
