Can not change keyboard shortcuts for menu items when using the global menu

Bug Description

Gnome would allow the reassignment of keyboard shortcuts for menu entries (see gconf-editor /desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels). This is done by pointing at the menu item, whichs shortcut should be changed, and pressing the desired shortcut. With global menu, this does not work. A simple workaround is (of course) to run the application without global menu once, to reassign the shortcuts.
