Emacs menu not displayed properly in Unity

Emacs menu is not being updated correctly in Unity. For example if I open a file in org-mode there should be an extra Org item added to the menu bar. This doesn't appear. The same thing happens with other modes I have tried. If I switch to the Classic desktop, it all works as expected.

Using Ubuntu Natty Beta 2.

I confirm this. I use AucTeX and in the Global Menu the entries for LaTeX etc, are missing. Instead po-mode seems to get the right entries in the Global Menu.
