Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu

On current natty, testing an unity session with APPMENU_DISPLAY_BOTH=1, the normal and appmenu menus don't always have their icons displayed for the same items, some examples:

- the nautilus "go" menu has icons for the standard locations (computer, templates, etc) in nautilus but not in appmenu
- the nautilus "file" menu has no icon for ubuntuone but the appmenu one has
- the pidgin accounts have a protocol icon in appmenu but not in the standard dialog

I'm thinking so far that there are two issues here:
 1) Images set by pixbuf were always being shown. The parser code did not check to see if the 'should be shown' property was set.
 2) Several image types, including gicon, were not being handled.

Working on a merge.
