Bug Description

Just did an ordinary update and hit Restart. The UI hang with keyboard lock and black screen, had to wait for about an hour with hope that some services may keep the system busy, but finally had to reboot the machine manually.

After rebooting, the system started and behaved as usual, but with this error popped up after login.
