Bug Description

After installing Ubuntu 13.04, I removed "indicator-appmenu" to remove global menu feature. But after removing it some applications like nautilus, mahjong, mines, contacts don't show menu item at all. These problem has not affected me in Ubuntu 12.04.

I found this problem in above mentioned applications only. Almost all other application looked fine.

affects: unity-firefox-extension → indicator-appmenu

Just noted that HUD still work with these application. HUD doesn't work with other applications which show there menu bar in its own window, which I think is normal since HUD depends on global menu to work.

Also exists in version 13:10. I can no longer reach the settings menu from the Nautilus.
