Bug Description

Install gnome-session-fallback and log in gnome calssic (no effects)
then follow as here in video http://videobin.org/+5ox/66y.html
be on wifi and connect lan and tur off wifi router and click nm

No couse cant in unity move toolbar donw

This might turn out to be a duplicate of bug 965953, but the symptoms are a bit different.
