Radiotray: Can't change volume with mousewheel anymore

I was jused to adjust the volume of Radiotray by scrolling the mousewheel with the pointer over the Radiotray icon in the panel. This doesn't work anymore. I filed this bug under radiotray already, but I think it could depend on indicator-applet, too: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/radiotray/+bug/972205
