Setting status to "invisible" doesn't set it to "invisible". It sets it to "busy"

Binary package hint: indicator-applet
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click the indicator-applet icon
2. Set status to "Invisible"
What happens:
The status is set to "Busy", not "Invisible".
The status in Empathy is set to "Busy", not "Hidden"
What should happen:
Status should be set to "Invisible" and "Hidden" accordingly.
