Like already reported on Debian Bug report #1003677 inadyn can't start and produces the error:

Experiencing the exact same behavior on Ubuntu Jammy (22.04), latest version of inadyn is outdated and not fixed (2.8.1-1).
P.S. Solved this by manually download and install .deb file from Ubuntu Lunar repository (2.9.1-1).
