cannot compose new message, broken popup.js

You cannot compose new mail because the compose window does not popup

the /usr/share/horde3/imp/js/popup.js is broken function popup_imp

Quick workaround

If I replace it with the function source from the H3 (4.1.3) (is bigger but works)
