Attached is 2 debdiff :
- debian_to_ubuntu.debdiff is the debdiff between the new Debian version from unstable and the new Ubuntu version.

Since the SVG coder is on libmagickcore3-extra, do you really need to keep diverging the package from our (Debian) version and not build-depending on librsvg?

I just subscribed Jonathan Riddell to the bug report, since he made this modification.
Also, since liblqr-1-0-dev is now in main, if we can drop this change, we will be able to sync the 2 packages
