Bug Description

I tried to convert a jpg to a pdf. I doesn't work.

I had to change /etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml to enable pdf writing again.
This was forbidden because of a security bug in ghostscript before version 9.26.
The installed gs is 9.50, so I think it can be enabled again. See the attached lines in policy.xml.
