Bug Description

Executing the following command causes a segfault:

convert myfile.tim /dev/null

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0xb7fd232c in ReadTIMImage (image_info=0x80563c8, exception=0x804b018) at ../../coders/tim.c:270

Crash found with CERT BFF
