imagej won't start (oneiric amd64)

I am using the most recent version of imagej from the ubuntu repositories. I also use openjdk7 (which may or maynot be the reason why I'm having problems).

Downloading the .tar.gz from the imagej website and running the program that way does work for me, but the one installed through the repos doesn't even start.
