  * Change all aspell-de-alt to aspell-de-1901 (Thanks to Salman Mohammadi).
  * Add tests for ispell with utf8 charset.
  * Update standards version to 4.5.1, no changes needed.
  * Change all info-(hun|a|i)spell files from iso-8859-1 to utf-8.
  * Stay with 8bit iso-8859-1 for aspell internally for performance.
  * Add more test words based on de_DE.aff examples.
  * 25_dic2iso: script now 7bit clean and supports more chars.
  * 26_7bit-dicts: convert all dictionaries from iso-8859-1 to 7bit.
  * Use utf-8 instead of iso-8859-1 for hunspell/ispell dictionaries.
  * 27_myspellfixprefix-nodebug: Comment debug output of myspellfixprefix.
  * 28_Tablet: Add (computer) "Tablet" to dictionary (Closes: #977369).
