Don't bring up the virtual interfaces like eth0:1 during Feisty boot

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ifupdown

During the boot of Feisty fails to bring up virtual interfaces like eth0:1. I can bring these interfases up later by hands use:
$sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart.
