Bug Description

ifcplusplus 0~git20190402.13744d5+dfsg-3build1 has a wrong build-dep on libqt5widgets5. Packages should not build-depend on runtime libraries they should build-depend on -dev packages.

This makes the package unbuildable on armhf.
