Process doesn't close if inactive

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 dev with icedtea-7-plugin 1.2-2ubuntu1 and firefox 14.0~b9+build1-0ubuntu1. If I'm opening a java application in Firefox (for example Minecraft) the icedtea-7-plugin starts an own process for this which is not closed if there is nothing to do (for example all tabs are closed). The process will only close if Firefox will be closed.
