Testing x86 xubuntu ISO (jan 07), did login and apport pop-up me with this error.

Happened to me while using trusty (installed on hardware). I had press `Ctrl+Alt+T`. I have Caps switched with Escape, and a second (Spanish) locale.

Same problem for me in Utopic since upgrade, happens on each login.
Error popup says its a duplicate of bug 1380982 which doesn't exist? (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1380982
