Ibus fails to load IPA tables

Basically the same bug that's been reported here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=911487

Possibly with the solution offered here: https://github.com/mike-fabian/ibus-table/commit/573da2ededdb96dc4f6ef6b515a43f416b183e7a

I get the same error in my ibus log (~/.ibus/tables/debug.log)
