After invoking ibus_panel_service_candidate_clicked UI is not updated properly

Calling `ibus_panel_service_candidate_clicked` does not cause the lookup table to be updated (i.e. update-lookup-table signal is not emitted).

I originally reported this bug here:

As this bug was related to the libpinyin engine, I later moved the issue here:

I am opening this bug as a tracking bug for the ibus-libpinyin package in Ubuntu and in particular to make sure that the fix for this bug makes it into Ubuntu 16.04 and preferably that it is also backported to existing releases (especially 14.04 LTS)!

Thanks for your report, and sorry for late response.

The version of ibus-libpinyin in the Ubuntu archive is now 1.9.2, and I assume this issue is fixed there, so closing. Fixing it in previous releases is low priority; it will only happen if you can find anyone who is willing to do it.

ibus-libpinyin is the default input method for zh_CN in Ubuntu 18.04, so we'll likely be more attentive to this package going forward.
