Bug Description
Binary package hint: ibus
IBus on Kubuntu 10.04 has a bug when typing Japanese (Anthy). After pressing <enter> key all the text I have typed disappears. However, this <enter> key should 'confirm' the chosen variant of Japanese text. I tried to reproduce it only in Qt4-apps.

DistroRelease: Kubuntu 10.04

Hi once again,
Having investigated bug #475530 I found out that properly working kimpanel makes the subject problem disappear. Regards to Yaohan Chen! However, his instruction should look as follows (I've just removed one of options): Autostart/ reload- ibus-daemon <<EOF /usr/lib/ ibus/ibus- ui-kde Autostart/ reload- ibus-daemon
cat > ~/.kde/
#!/bin/sh
ibus-daemon --replace --xim --panel=
EOF
chmod +x ~/.kde/
So, I consider my problem is solved.
