Since lucid release several of the component packages of ia32-libs have received an update, however they remain as their old versions in ia32-libs. I'd like to freshen those packages.

IMO it's absolutely a good idea to freshen up ia32-libs to match the latest repository versions of the included libraries. My only concern, as voiced over IRC, is to the regression testing procedue. As long as Scott thinks of a reasonable procedure for what to test against the new ia32-libs, I support this SRU.

  lib32stdc++6
  lib32ncurses5
  lib32bz2-1.0
  lib32asound2
  lib32asound2

of these, only wine, teamspeak, eagle, and flash are actual programs, so I suggest doing basic functional testing of them (I'll note that I plan to SRU wine soon as well when 1.2 finalizes)

Accepted ia32-libs into lucid-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

So testing of Wine on Lucid shows that it's working just fine, both for building and running. Flash has also been running as well as it did before.

Scott, do you want me to copy lucid-proposed to maverick, or can you do a maverick refresh?

I'll try a maverick refresh tomorrow, there's a lot of debian stuff to consider merging in.
