Skype amd64 won't work well with PulseAudio

[environment]
Ubuntu8.10 amd64

[about this bug]
I asked a question how to solve the problem that Skype interrupts a mediaplayer(like totem-gstreamer,mplayer and so on)'s audiostream at Ubuntu Japanese Forum(see https://forums.ubuntulinux.jp/viewtopic.php?id=3619). I suggested to use Skype and a mediaplayer with PulseAudio. In i386, Using PulseAudio solves the problem. But In amd64, this way won't fix the problem.

This condition is same as this post's one. > https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ia32-libs/+bug/273693/comments/48

[test]
0.Set a mediaplayer to use PulseAudio.
1.Add medibuntu repository.
2.Install skype.
3.Set skype to use PulseAudio.
  e.g.)
    "Sound In" "hw:foo,0"
    "Sound Out" "pulse"
    "Ringing" "pulse"
4.Play AudioStream through PulseAudio.
5.Phone to Skype's Test Call.

Then, a mediaplayer's audiostream will be interrupted.

[workaround]
Use Ubuntu i386.
In i386 environment, Skype seems to work well with PulseAudio.

[how to fix]
I guess that ia32-libs package lacks some necessary library(but I have no proof :P).
