[hardy AMD64] libpcre missing from ia32-libs

Binary package hint: ia32-libs

libpcre.so.3 32bits version is now missing from Hardy for the AMD64. Only 64bit version is available (if 32bit version is available, I could not find it in http://packages.ubuntu.com). As a result, other 32bit packages that use it will report a run-time error.

I guess it would go into ia32-libs, but I am not sure. Please correct source package as needed. Thanks.
