Asking for installation CD-ROM while trying to download and install Startupmanager

Bug Description
While trying to install Startup Manager in 12.04 LTS Beta using 'sudo apt-get install startupmanager', it shows the following message:
Media change: please insert the disc labeled
'Ubuntu 12.04 LTS _Precise Pangolin_ - Beta i386 (20120301)'
in the drive '/cdrom/' and press enter
I have installed ubuntu using a USB stick. Even after inserting the same USB stick, the message appears. Problem exists if I try to install using Software Center.
