Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS

Package: i8kutils_
So, the system hangs for a moment when the fan is changing speed. Especially annoying when watching YouTube.
Also, could be reproduced with 'cat /proc/i8k'
A freeze in changing fan speed is proper of some models of Dell notebooks
when a function call takes too much time in change fan speed. Up to now,
there is no solution to this problem.
