[apport] hwdb-gui crashed with UnboundLocalError in getroute()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: hwdb-client

i assume this happened because the network connection was not established - i use a wifi and had to enter the password first.

(note - it took very long during the startup from the life dvd to wait for 'establishing network connection' - probably some time out...)
