Ubuntu Device Database crashes when it tries to submit collected information

I completed every step on the database, having left the final comments field empty (the one without options "Yes", "Partial", "No" next to it) - I pushed "Forward", and after a little while a message appeared that it has crashed. I think it was trying to submit the report to the server.
