Bug Description

Dictionary does not do a good job of suggesting word corrections. Here are some examples where I have compared the suggestions that I get in Libreoffice/Thunderbird/Gedit with MS Office 2008:

==========
word: disappearing
miss: dissapearing
Suggests:
 dissiminating
 dissipating
 dissociating
 disparaging
 dispairing

win: disappearing

==========
word: during
miss: durring
suggests
 Curring
 Purring
 Burring
 Furring
 Dur ring

win: during

=========
word: license
miss: liscence
suggests
 reminiscence
 luminescence
 concupiscence
 quiescence
 licenser

win: license
        licenses
