The new Human theme's Human controls use scrollbars that have borders on maximized windows (Firefox, Nautilus, ...)
This violates Fitts's law ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fitts%27s_law ) and creates annoyance for the user, because they are unable to grab the scroll by moving the mouse cursor to the edge of the screen - instead aiming a little to the left is required.
The scroll in Human theme has a 2-pixel wide border.
Also attaching image where the border is clearly marked. |
