htpdate shows wrong proxy in ps

Bug Description
htpdate seems contaminate proxy part from argv. It removes colon(:) from proxy part of argv and proxy without colon is shown in ps output as follows.
7075 /usr/sbin/htpdate -D -s -P x.x.x.x 8080 -i /var/run/
It should show proxy correctly x.x.x.x:8080
