Synaptic Installtion does not creat Application Menu Launcher

Ubuntu Karmic Koala
Source Package: htmldoc version 1.8.27-4
When i installed the htmldoc package in Synaptic it did not create an Application Laucher in the Applications menu. According to the HTMLDOC website the launcher should be in the Office menu. I was only able to launch the application from the Terminal.
