Bug Description

I have a workstation purchased from system76. My disk failed and they build a new disk with 16.04 on it. I had 16.04 on the previous disk, altho maybe a few months old.

I installed htmldoc with apt-get, and now when I convert an HTML file that references a PNG image, the image is very faint an virtually unreadable. The basic features are there, and the size is about right, but the image is very bad.

Something in the latest 16.04 seems to have broken htmldoc!
