html-helper-mode has a reserved keybinding

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

This bug is still an issue, because it is a general convention for key binding in GNU/Emacs. See <URL:http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/elisp/html_node/Key-Binding-Conventions.html> for details:
"Don't define C-c letter as a key in Lisp programs. Sequences consisting of C-c and a letter (either upper or lower case) are reserved for users; they are the only sequences reserved for users, so do not block them."

Maybe it is a good idea to change all key bindings for character entities to C-cC-c. This key binding is similar the old C-c, so users won't have to change much in their habits. Please check the attached patch.
