HPLIP Toolbox won't start, missing python-qt3

Bug Description

Binary package hint: hplip

I think the hplip package should list python-qt3 as a dependency. On Feisty beta, HPLIP fails to start and no error window is shown without qt3. Fortunately, starting it in a console shows a good error message.
