Bug Description

Binary package hint: hplip

Before updating kubuntu to 9-04 from 8-04 all my printers worked very well.
After updating kubuntu from 8-04 to 9-04 , my HPSC-1100 is very well detected but it does not print, never. Same think when I plug an other printer CANON-BJC85.
When I try to print a file I got the warning message "device communication error " and then "printer may not be connected". But my printer is connected and I can clean the heads... and the scanner included in HPSC-1100 works very find...
it is first time there is a crash after warning "printer may not be connected".
package crashed is hpijs 3.9.2 ubuntu 4.
Yet I posted an answer in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/70152, with a lot of details.
I can't use my printers since one week..., Iwould like to solve this probleme !
