Bug Description

Binary package hint: hplip

I recently upgraded my Ubuntu installation to 8.10, from 8.04. It's installed on an Acer Aspire One.
After the upgrade I cannot print on my HP Laserjet 1020. Before the upgrade I could print normally, using the foo2js drivers.
There appears a notification that "The printer appears to be disconnected". That's not the case, of course.

Thank you!
