Bug Description

scandb installs a new udev rule with /lib/udev/rules.d/99-saned.rules

This rule changes the permissions for hplip command hp-check -r
_from_:
--------------
| PERMISSION |
--------------

USB None Required - - OK Node:'/dev/bus/usb/006/004' Perm:' root lp rw- rw- rw- rw- r--'

_to_:
--------------
| PERMISSION |
--------------

USB None Required - - OK Node:'/dev/bus/usb/006/004' Perm:' root saned rw- rw- rw- rw- r--'

The CONSEQUENCE is, that the HP printer doesn't print anymore.

I have added hplip to the affected packages, because it is not clear, if the bug is in scanbd or hplip.
