hp-check says that Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is not supported, shows many errors and warnings

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install HPLIP packages with `sudo apt-get install hplip hplip-gui`
3. Install HPLIP Plugin with `hp-plugin`
4. Run `hp-check --run`

Expected results:
* `hp-check --run` does not report errors and warnings (as it was installed from APT)

Actual results:
* `hp-check --run` reports errors and warnings (full output is in attachment)

The number of errors may be reduced to zero by:
1. Enabling Source Code repositories
2. Installing HPLIP build-dependencies with `sudo apt-get build-dep hplip`
3. Installing packages listed in the `hp-check` output with `sudo apt-get install libtool libtool-bin gtk2-engines-pixbuf xsane python3-pyqt4 gtk2-engines-pixbuf python3-dbus.mainloop.qt`
